Divyanshu Rai is a disputes lawyer with over a decade of experience in commercial litigation. He specialises in corporate disputes, shareholder conflicts, regulatory matters, and stressed asset resolution. He previously worked as an associate in the Chambers of Mr Nikhil Nayyar, Senior Advocate.

He represents multinational corporations, promoter groups, high-net-worth individuals, regulatory commissions, and public sector undertakings in matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and key tribunals including the NCLAT, NCLTs, and the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity.

Sugandha is a disputes lawyer specialising in civil and commercial litigation. Her focus is arbitration; insolvency & company law; and estate & succession laws. Apart from disputes, she advises on transactions involving project finance and corporate leases.

She has trained at the Law Chambers of Kapur and Trehan, and under Mr Nikhil Nayyar, Senior Advocate, during which time she was involved in highly complex litigation encompassing wide range of practice areas.
